Chief Executive Officer
National Farmers Federation

Tony comes from a farming background in South Western Victoria and has worked in and around agriculture for the majority of his working life. He has experience in working with global food manufacturers, major Australian agribusinesses and the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture.
He was appointed NFF CEO in March 2016 after holding the positions of Trade and Economics Manager and Deputy CEO.
He has tertiary qualifications in agricultural commerce from Sydney University and a masters degree in industry policy from Australian National University.


Federation Executive Director
Rural Flying Doctor Service
Frank has spent his working life advocating for social and healthcare issues in the Australian community and has a passion and commitment to improving the lives of all Australians, especially those who face systemic and personal disadvantage. For the last 20-years Frank has worked in leadership and executive roles in NGOs; including most recently serving as the CEO of Mental Health Australia for 8-years before being appointed as the Federation Executive Director of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia in November 2019.
Frank is responsible for relations with the Commonwealth Government and overseeing research and advocacy on behalf of the Federation, seeking better health outcomes for those living in rural and remote Australia. Frank has tertiary qualifications for Monash and Melbourne Universities.


Chief Executive Officer
Andrew McConville is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association (APPEA), a position he has occupied since April 2019.
APPEA is the peak national body for Australia’s oil and gas exploration and production industry. APPEA represents almost 200 companies involved in oil and gas exploration and production as well as the provision of goods and services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
As Chief Executive, Andrew is responsible for leading APPEA and its members to be the effective voice the Australian oil and gas industry, building community trust and support, driving advocacy and engagement, developing the industry’s key policy positions and executing a strategy for growth of the Association.
Andrew is an advocacy and corporate affairs professional with more than 25 years’ experience across the oil and gas, agribusiness, banking and finance, FMCG and government sectors.
Andrew holds a first class honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of New England, a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oxford University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
