Brighter Supporting Community BBQs This Weekend
This weekend Brighter is proud to be partnering with a number of Rotary Clubs around Australia, coming on board to sponsor each club’s BBQ celebrations.
According to Philanthropy Australia, around a quarter of charities rely on giving and philanthropy for 50% or more of their total income. In an era of online donations, supporting traditional fundraising efforts remain important in supporting smaller community groups.
This year the Brighter program will cover the costs of the food and equipment for the BBQ to feed the masses, meaning that all money raised can be put straight back into the community.
The community BBQ is an Australian tradition, and is also one of the ways natural gas is part of everyday life.
