The natural gas industry plays a vital role in powering Australia. The competition showcases the strong and constantly growing relationship between the industry and the areas it operates in through photography. A celebration of community and industry achievement.

Shannon Hemmings, a Graphic Designer at Beach Energy, is the Overall winner of the In.Site Photographic Awards for her capture of day-to-day life in the extraordinary Cooper Basin. She named the image ‘Bauer’

“This photo shows workers in the Cooper Basin, in the harsh Outback sun. They’re positioned just right to include the nodding Donkeys in the background… It’s a nod to the toughness of those working in such extreme conditions.”
